Sociology is the study of societies, social behavior, and social life. It studies the dynamics that govern people’s relationships with each other. Our discipline is an academic foundation of several applied disciplines, including education, social work, criminology, business administration, marketing, human resources management, culture studies, media studies, religion studies, race studies, gender studies, public health, and much more.
