STEM-related fields are among the few areas of clear promise in future job markets. We seek to make STEM education available to a broad range of students, including those who traditionally need additional encouragement–whether first generation college, female, minority, or “philosophers and poets.” Our personal approach to education and mentoring has made us a leader in successfully preparing a diverse student body for the data science and analytics job market.
