Please join us on Thursday, November 7, 6:30 – 8:15PM for a discussion with Sarah E. Toms, Executive Director of Wharton Interactive, Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, on the place of customer centricity in the public sector.

Ms. Toms’ book The Customer Centricity Playbook, co-authored with Wharton School professor Peter Fader, argues for a perception of customers as individuals rather than a monolith and for the need to incorporate people’s values within an organization.
